FAQ
What does “independent” mean in practice?

I receive no commission from SAP, integrators or hyperscalers and I do not resell licences. I am paid only by you — so my recommendation is free of sales interests.

Do you work alone or with a team?

I lead every engagement personally. For larger programmes I bring in experienced specialists from my network where needed — always transparently and only with your consent.

How quickly can you start?

Current availability is shown at the top of every page. Engagements such as the readiness check can usually be scheduled within two weeks.

Do you work remotely or on site?

Both. Workshops, steering committees and cutover phases are usually on site; analysis and design work mostly remote. A typical split is 60 % remote.

How do you charge?

Engagements at a fixed price, mandates on a daily rate with a clear role description. You receive a concrete proposal after the initial call.
