Go-live is wobbling; the status is green, but nobody believes it any more.
In large SAP programmes the status is often green until it suddenly turns deep red. Integration issues, data quality and test delays build up quietly — and everyone involved has good reasons not to say so out loud.
As an independent programme director or quality gate I have no reason to play problems down. That makes the status honest and decisions possible again.
